Hi, I'm Jessica!

I help busy, health-conscious moms meal prep, with zero stress, in one hour each week.

I have always been into fitness but the ONE thing that was missing for me over all the years was NUTRITION.

I struggled to get results for a very long time and I was on a vicious cycle. But when I was postpartum with my second child I decided enough was enough. I started to do at home workouts and nutrition came with it. I started to learn how to eat to fuel my body so I could start feeling good. BUT the biggest change that helped me was --MEAL PREP.

Meal prep was so overwhelming at first and honestly, I failed a lot in the beginning.

Being a busy full time working mama it was important to me to have less stress, more time, and save money.  This was the missing piece for me.  I learned all things meal prep and started incorporating it every Sunday.  So each week my husband and I set out and make a meal plan and then prepare it. Over the years its helped me so much in all areas of my life. Its helped to decrease overall stress, save time, save money, and get results (but not just physical but mental).
